Divergent Stool

Divergent stool was recently recognized as a NYCxDESIGN 2019 honoree.

The simple geometric profile of Divergent Stool serves as a backdrop for carefully crafted details. The steam-bent stretchers curve between the subtly angled legs, which are in turn fixed to the seat with strong and understated bridle joints. A light coat of liming wax accentuates the grain of the white oak and a wax-oil finish provides a gentle satin glow that improves with age and wear.
